Claire Repine, DO, MSCP
Dr. Claire Repine is a board-certified osteopathic family physician providing personalized primary care for adults and families in Chapel Hill. Her approach blends evidence-based family medicine with hands-on osteopathic care, with additional expertise in women’s health and midlife care as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
A Calling Rooted in Care
Medicine has always felt personal to Dr. Repine. Raised by a physician father and a nurse mother, she grew up seeing compassionate, patient-centered care modeled every day. Watching her parents care deeply for others shaped her belief that medicine is both a responsibility and a privilege.
From a young age, Dr. Repine knew she wanted to be a doctor. Drawn to listening, helping, and making people feel heard, she values being someone patients trust and feel comfortable confiding in—an approach that continues to guide her work today.
Expertise in Women’s Health & Midlife Care
Dr. Repine is committed to comprehensive women’s health care, including birth control, perimenopause and postmenopause care, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), lifestyle medicine, and mental health. She believes women’s health is often underserved in busy medical practices and deserves more time, clarity, and individualized care.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and Ms. Medicine affiliate, Dr. Repine brings advanced training in midlife and hormone health to her primary care practice, offering evidence-based guidance that helps women feel informed, supported, and confident through hormonal transitions and beyond.
A Whole-Person, Osteopathic Approach
Trained in osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), Dr. Repine incorporates a hands-on, holistic approach when appropriate. OMT can help relieve pain, reduce tension, and support proper alignment—complementing medical care and supporting overall wellbeing.

Why This Practice Was Built
Dr. Repine created her concierge practice to return healthcare to what it should be—time, listening, and meaningful partnership. In traditional settings, both physicians and patients often feel rushed, leaving little space for thoughtful conversations or truly personalized care.
Through the concierge care model, Dr. Repine is able to offer more individualized attention, develop deeper relationships, and create care plans that reflect each patient’s life and goals. This approach creates the time and space needed for meaningful conversations, thoughtful evaluation, and truly personalized care.
To Dr. Repine, concierge medicine isn’t about exclusivity—it’s about restoring a familiar model of care that feels approachable, unhurried, and grounded in trust. Her goal is for every patient to feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.
